Feeling the Love

I am soooo feeling the love at the moment, the love of my facebook friends that is!!! I had a bit of a rant yesterday about my MIL and her friend cutting my baby girls hair without asking me first and so many people responded I was amazed!!! I didn't expect much from it maybe a few "hey that's wrong" but what I got in response was amazing!!! 39 replies I got!! It totally blew me away!!!

I love the fact that I had my feelings validated, sometimes that is all you need to make you feel better!! I was soooo astounded by what my MIL had done I still haven't yelled at her yet but after all the love on FB I'm not so sure that I will!!! I'm thinking a silent protest may just be in order! I'm what you may call overly emotional and overly expressive so if I shut up she will get the idea that I'm unhappy!!! lol Not that it will bother her, she is always right don't you know!! lol

Ah the joys of marrying into a family, I know that it works both ways but with my mum in heaven my hubby just gets my Dad who pretty much leaves us alone!! But you get that!!

Neglected

Oh my poor blog, I have neglected you for so long!!! Just like I have neglected myself really!! I started this blog in the hope that it would make me be accountable for my actions and get my bum into gear to fit into my dress for our friends wedding!!!

But no, as usual I have been slack and havent done either my blog or the lifestyle changes I needed to get into my dress!!! I was all geared up to try Bodytrim but on advice from my doctor it was a BIG NO from him!! I have bad kidneys you see and too much protein is not good for them apparently so........... I gave up and kept eating as normal!!!

I know Im terrible arent I???!!! But since school went back I have been trying to be really good!! I have been out walking everyother day with some mums from school and I finally got the baby seat on the back of the bike and have attempted riding with my little princess!! I have found that with Mishy being such and active little lady that strapping her into a pram or bike two days in a row is a no go!!!! The screaming is enough to put you off for days! lol

Seeing as the wedding is now only 4 weeks away ( I thought the wedding was in May but its in March, May / March they both start with M!! lol ) I had to buy another dress (what a shame) it should arrive in another week or 2, its from America and the picture was gorgeous so Im hoping that I love the dress when it gets here as much as I love the picture!! Hubby says to bad if I dont I still gotta wear it! lol

Oh, last time I was here I was contemplating the wall opposite my kitchen wasnt I?! Well I decided on a great colour called Studio Grey by Dulux, its actually an outdoor colour but it looks wonderful inside aswell!! I have turned the wall into a photo wall with all the pictures in white frames, looks rather dramatic I thought! lol
